Ingredients:
3 -5 pcs Fresh basil leaves
1 cup Freshly boiled water

Preparation:
1. Rinse the basil leaves thoroughly.
2. Crush basil leaves and place in a small pot.
3. Pour hot, boiling water over the leaves. Cover and infuse for 25 minutes.
4. Strain and serve immediately.

hi sis.
i really dont know about this basil tea. i only drink camomile tea at night before going to sleep. its helps though but this basil tea, hmm... i must try.. thanks for tips.
